My name is Tiffany Paylado, LPN. I'm a Foot Care Nurse offering medical foot care in the West Kootenay area mainly Warfield, Trail, Montrose and Fruitvale, BC. My Story
I came to Canada in 2013 full of hopes and dreams. I was a Registered Nurse back in the Philippines since 2008 but unfortunately it was quite challenging to become an RN here in Canada. With time ticking, I opted a different pathway and became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 2015. Found my first job as an LPN in Trail, BC and I've stayed here since. This is home now. I've established myself and created a family with a loving husband and 3 children.
During pandemic while working at a long term care facility, it was difficult to find a Foot Care Nurse, a scarcity in the area. So that gave me an idea: "Why not become one?". I enrolled in Advanced Foot Care course and got my certificate in 2023 and started my small business October of 2023. It has been a great journey and I'm hoping to be able to make a difference in someone's life, well atleast starting with their feet!
